Network Engineer

Job Purpose
Network Administrator is responsible for maintaining the stable connectivity of bank's network including but not limited to network configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting. On top of that he is accountable for keeping bank’s network secure by complying network security policies.
Location
- Head Office, Phnom Penh (02 posts, night shift)
Major Areas of Responsibility
- Design, review, implement, maintenance, migrate, and documents of bank corporate network infrastructures
- Monitors the network health and performance across DCs, Branches, ABA 24/7 and ATM/Cash-In and identifies solutions to potential problems before they happen
- Establish, troubleshoot, and manage VPN connections with partners, vendors, and customers
- Manage, support, and troubleshoot network security access restriction across bank corporate network infrastructures
- Setup network connectivity for new branch opening, renovation, and branch extending network
- Setup network connectivity for new ABA 24/7, new public ATM/move location
- Support and Corporate with other team during migration or new implementation project and provides networking subject matter
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science or related field of study High degree of knowledge with Networking technologies
- Highly proficient in network design and implementation Competency in BGP, WAN/LAN networking technologies; routed network infrastructures and protocols; legacy system protocol’s; and LAN network and DNS architectures
- Competency in security methodologies; Firewalls, access control lists, encryption and public key infrastructure
- Possesses an understanding of enterprise technology infrastructure, application development & maintenance, software testing, and IT architecture
- Possesses an understanding of Infrastructure mainframe and distributed technologies as they relate to providing technical solutions to application and business requirements
- Strong written and oral communication skills To work on the shift rotation
