ABA Bank sponsors MLMUPC's E-Library Legal Compilation and Dissemination Project

ABA Bank, a leading digital financial solutions provider, supported the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC) on the E-Library Legal Compilation and Dissemination project.
On 27 June 2024, the MLMUPC officially launched the New Land Registration System, Transfer of Ownership System, Creation and Disposal of Hypothec, E-Library, and Internal Administration System. The project has been implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication (MPTC), and the E-Library is available at https://elibrary.mlmupc.gov.kh.
Honorable attendees of the launch ceremony included H.E. Say Sam Al, Minister of MLMUPC; H.E. Chea Vandeth, Minister of MPTC; Ms. Romny Theam, Chief External Affairs Officer of ABA Bank as the Bank representative, and other distinguished guests.
The MLMUPC's E-Library was established to compile laws and regulations related to land management, urban planning, and the construction sector in one place. The website hosts policies, royal decrees to sub-decrees, rulings, press releases, and other documents for the general public's research and educational purposes.
