New feature announces incoming payment amounts in Khmer, English, or Chinese across ABA Mobile, ABA Merchant app, and ABA POS terminals

ABA Bank has introduced PaySound, a new voice alert feature that announces incoming payment amounts and currencies in real time. Available through ABA Mobile, ABA Merchant app, and ABA POS terminals, PaySound helps users instantly confirm received payments in Khmer, English, or Chinese without repeatedly checking their screens.

Designed for businesses of all sizes — from retail shops, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, street vendors, and delivery services to other service providers — PaySound provides clear audio confirmation whenever an incoming payment is received through supported ABA payment channels. The feature is also useful for active individual ABA clients who want a faster and more convenient way to stay informed about incoming transactions.

By announcing payment details instantly, PaySound helps reduce payment misunderstandings, supports smoother customer interactions, and improves transaction transparency, especially during busy operating hours. For merchants, this means faster confirmation at checkout and greater confidence that payments have been successfully received.
